Insurance Board of Sri Lanka has permitted LOLC Insurance Company Limited to function as an Insurance player with effect from 30th April.
Accordingly, the LOLC Insurance Company will be engaged in the Long term and General Insurance business thus raising the total number of insurance players in the country to 19.
