Sri Lanka to get US$ 580 mn loan from China

Sri Lanka will get US$ 580 million loan from China to finance its development projects, announced the Government’s Cabinet Spokesman.
Accordingly, Sri Lanka’s Ministry of Finance and Planning will enter into an MOU with China Development Bank Corporation in a bid to execute the proposed loan agreement.
The Cabinet of Ministers has approved the move.
