Sri Lanka’s Infrastructure Developers PLC is planning to offer a Rights Issue to raise closer to Rs. 130 million to overcome the serious loss of capital and also to capitalize the company to carry out the business operations.

Accordingly, the firm will issue one new share for each three shares held by the shareholders.

Infrastructure Developers plans to issue a total of 1,619,163 million shares at an issue price of Rs. 80 per share.

Current stated capital of the firm stands at Rs. 48.57 million.

The listed firm in the Colombo bourse is engaged in the business of ‘Renting out of warehouse & the property development”
