BOC agreement exchanged

Singapore Dialysis Medical Group is planning to set up a specialized hospital for kidney dialysis in Sri Lanka, with an investment of US$ 1.5 million, announced the Board of Investment.

The hospital, which has got BOI status, will mainly treat patients who have Chronic Kidney disease, a one that damages the kidneys.

“The centre will provide Hemodialysis, one of two forms of dialysis and commonly known as blood dialysis’, announced a statement issued by the BOI.

The hospital will be built in Kohuwala and create employment opportunities for 30 local and seven foreign staffs.
