78 employees working for local travel agents recently received their certificates after undergoing advance training on travel related subjects from SriLankan Airlines International Aviation Academy.

The group has undergone training on crucial subjects related to the airline industry.

Among those subjects are Airport Formalities, Global Distribution Systems, Codeshare Agreements, Baggage Handling, Customer Service and Team Building.

The training program organised by the Travel Agents Association of Sri Lanka in collaboration with the SriLankan Airlines International Aviation Academy was held at the  IAA training center in Katunayake.

SriLankan Airlines training arm is the exclusive training partner of the TAASL.
