SriLankan Airlines introduce an easy payment scheme

SriLankan Airlines has launched an easy payment scheme for its customers enabling them to pay for their tickets in installment basis with a maximum time period of 24 months.

“Passengers have the option of paying for their ticket with credit cards, in installments of three, six, twelve or even up to twenty four months at their convenience” added a statement issued by the SriLankan Airlines.

The Airline says under the new arrangement, people can now travel abroad for initial monthly rate of as low as Rs. 725 to India, Rs. 2,000 to many Asian cities, and Rs 4,000 to Europe.

The National carrier says interested customers can now purchase their tickets online by using credit cards issued by Banks such as BOC, ComBank, HSBC, Seylan Bank and HNB.

Head of Commercial Operations, Mohamad Fazeel said, “There is still a segment of people in this country who thinks twice before embarking on a foreign trip because of the cost factor”

He says the new scheme will help solve that problem for interested people who want to travel abroad.
