A US based food scientist says Americans are beginning to look for spicy food from Sri Lanka thus creating new opportunities for the Island’s food exporters.
This was stated by Dr. Barbara Rasco, an Associate Professor of the Washington State University, who is currently training local food exporters on the much needed international regulatory compliance rules.
