Sri Lanka says power cuts will not be imposed from tonight.

Authorities imposed power cuts across many parts of the islands since Tuesday, as two main power supply plants faced breakdowns.

Lakwijaya plant has been put on track, while Kerawalapitiya is yet under repair.
