Actis Investment buys a stake in Asha Central Hospitals PLC

Actis Investment Holdings Limited has purchased 2,417,483 shares of Asha Central Hospitals PLC, announced a stock market disclosure by John Keells Stock Brokers.

This share amount consist of a 10.824% stake of the health firm while a share has been sold at a price of Rs. 250.

Softlogic Holdings and Dai-nishi Securities, a part of Softlogic are the entities which have sold these shares to Actis Investment Holdings.

Actis Investment Holdings is a private equity firm.
