Colombo Stock Exchange once again saw moving southwards as the ASPI lost 0.57% to stand at 5,019 points while the MPI lost 0.50% to end the day at 4,545 points.
113 counters have lost ground while only 76 counters made gains.
There was one crossing during the day which saw 600,000 JKH shares changing hands at Rs. 198 per share.
Turnover of the day was around Rs. 296 million while there was a net foreign inflow of Rs. 24 million.
The market also received the news of the SEC direction issued to suspend the CEO / Managing Director of the Taprobane Securities until the ongoing investigation over the NSB – TFC deal is concluded.
