Fire in a Karaoke bar in South Korea kills nine, including 3 Sri Lankans

A fire erupted in a South Korean Karaoke bar has killed nine people, including three Sri Lankans, a media report said.

According to the report, the victims were drinking and singing at the karaoke lounge in the southeastern port city of Busan when the fire has broke out last night.

Busan police has announced that three Sri Lankan men and six other South Koreans are among the victims who have died after inhaling toxic gases.

25 others have been injured.
