Dinesh Chandimal, Chamara Kapugedera, Thisara Perera, Rangana Herath and Nuwan Kulasekera were the rest of the top picks.
Former Sri Lanka paceman Chaminda Vaas was picked by Wayamba for a value of US$ 25,000.
SLPL is scheduled to start during the month of August.
