SL – Pakistan to sign an agreement on Premier League

PCB Chief Zaka Ashraf

Sri Lanka and Pakistan cricket boards are expected to sign a bilateral agreement covering the premier leagues of both countries, a media report said.

According to the report, Paksitani Cricket Chief Zaka Ashraf has said the agreement will focus on mutual understanding between the two cricketing nations covering each others Premier leagues.

Zaka has said, under the agreement both countries will send their players to each others Premier league tournaments.

Pakistan is also looking to sign a similar agreement with the Bangladesh Cricketing authorities.

Sri Lanka will be holding its inaugural Premier league during this August while Pakistan is also expected to follow suit.
