Cruise ship “Costa Concordia” sinks

Costa Concordia cruise ship submerging

Costa Concordia, a cruise ship has crashed into Italy’s Tuscan Coast on Friday night.

The cruise ship has been carrying nearly 4200 passengers and most of them have been rescued except for six reported deaths.

Preliminary indications have shown that the disaster was a result of human error.

The captain of the ship is now held in police custody on suspicion of abandoning the ship and is blamed for causing the error.

The ship is owned by Cost Cruises.
